Hi,We copied the files you sent and the problems still persist. As to logging on to my FTP - we did what it said in the image below and now we can log in again.We found it in this discussion. Maybe this helps

After an update of FileZilla we experienced the same login problem, but we fixed something.I added a link with FileZilla configuration. Maybe this changes something. Password stays the same.

My brother suggests using a different FTP application. Maybe you're using FileZilla? People have been experiencing problems with it lately. Try logging in from a browser - that's how I got in. I'm using Google Chrome.

Hi again. I triple checked my login information from mine and another computer and everything works. I send my info again - maybe I have misspelled something before. I hope it works for you.
