Shipping changes not saved in WooCommerce Flat Rate Shipping + Shipping not added in cart

    Two issues, maybe related:

    A) Changes to shipping costs not saved in WooCommerce Flat Rate Shipping

    and 

    B) Shipping not added in cart

    We are not sure how to proceed.  It seemed to be working last week.  Upgraded to latest GoodStore yesterday.  Your assistance greatly appreciated as we have started taking orders and things are becoming slightly (only slightly) urgent.
