1) When I activate any plugin, the theme option page shows this error: 

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 712704 bytes) in /home/eminenst/public_html/wp-content/themes/eminenstore/framework/lib/class_panel.php on line 310 

2) The only way for me to get WooCommerce active is to switch back to my old theme, activate woocommerce, then activate Goodstore. If I try to activate WooCommerce while GoodStore is active, I get this error: 

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 5120 bytes) in /home/eminenst/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/NewRelicService.php on line 119 

3) I can't activate all the required + recommended plugins without either the theme options, or all the backend pages breaking.

4) I cannot deactivate the JAW plugins. Even when I click delete, the page refreshes and they are still active. The only way to deactivate them is to switch back to the old theme manually using MySQL and then delete them.

5) When I deactivate all the plugins through FTP I get this error on all pages:
