Bug: Text Wrap Broken

Hi again,
It looks like Text Wrap inside of the Custom Text elements is broken. I tried to insert an image and selected Align Right in the image menu and this is what happened after I saved and published the page:
Assistance getting that fixed would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
