Navigation Drop-down menu option (2nd tier)?

Is there a way to have a dropdown menu option in sub tiers of the menu?I know that the top tier (main items) can have the dropdown option.But when I add pages/customized links under those top navigation areas, I no longer get the option as to what type of menu I want.What I'm trying to achieve, is to have a top navigation button allow for a full-width menu of 5 pages, which I was able to do.But for each of those 5 pages, I want to be able to use a dropdown selection for their relative pages instead of simply displaying them. See the navigation in site below.
