Cannot Edit and Save MailPoet Newsletter Form Settings

Hello us again,
We are sorry to be busting your chops but we have a slight issue with MailPoet.
We can enter the settings but cannot save the newsletter form after editing. Other settings save just fine just not the form area settings. We have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling but same.
This happenes in our https://www.retrovideogameconsolesjapan.com and https://www.retrovideogameconsolesjapan.com.au (Australian version)
