upgrade goodstore and customize code question

i would like to upgrade Goodstore to latest version 1.6. but i need to know whether my custom code area as well as some line in file will be go back to default?some example of my customize area below..theme option > custom codealso some customization in goodstore/woocommerce/cart/cross-sells.php line 41 and so on..goodstore/woocommerce/single-product/up-sells.php line 42and so on..please advise, thank you.
