Revo Composer Not Working

Hi,Sorry to bug you again. Not sure if it's just me or the latest version that is causing the problem. Apart from the theme options issues, Revo composer doesn't seem to work anymore. When I click on the wrench to "edit setting of this element" nothing happens. There used to be pop up. Please help.Thanks
