maximal limit set on your PHP server error

Hi ,we buy this theme yesterday and try to setup our store . and i have add following code to .htaccess & php.ini file .

</IfModule>but maximal limit set on your PHP server error still showing me on my admin panel . we already contact our host gator support they said there is a no problem their site . please help me to fix this issue ." ERROR MESSAGE "If you have activated the J&W Menu plugin but aren´t able to add another menu item or do you have installed demo data and you're unable to save page, it most likely means that you have reached the maximal limit set on your PHP server.
