I used Simple image sizes to generate new size on all thumbnails. Now they look really weird. The are cropped the way that you can see the full image so they are really compressed. So now to my problems.

1: How do I get the photos back to what they originally looked like?
2: How do I crop a specific part of the image to use as thumbnail?
3: How do I set the size of all thumbnails without them looking all weird?
