Header Logo and Ad Banner Not Lineing Up

I'm having issue with the ad banner in the header. I've disabled and re-enabled the "Retina Ready Logo" to see if that would fix it but no luck. I'm thinking it maybe something wrong with the CSS but I'm not sure.
