Can I easily adjust the color for the QUOTE (quotation mark) graphic element icon?

    Could you help me figure out what color setting in the THEME OPTIONS changes the color for the quotation mark icon?

    I am adding a block quote using REVO but the color for the quote icon is #EEEEEE, which is not dark enough to see.
